Certified Ideal Protein Weight Loss Coach
Originally Born in Poland, Agnes was raised in Illinois. During her late teens she developed an interest in beauty pageants. She is former Miss Polonia USA 98, Miss Tourism International 99, Miss Poland World 2000, and Miss Illinois USA 2003. She has a B.A. in Visual Communications from the Art Institute of Illinois and is a certified public speaker by Gove-Siebild Group.
For many months I’ve been struggling with my weight which I’ve gained after having two kids. I tried everything but I wasn’t able to return to my regular size. I was under the impression I would never somewhat get close to the size I was when I won the titles of Miss Tourism International 1999 in Malaysia or Miss Illinois USA 2003. I tried many diet plans but nothing had worked to my satisfaction and the weight would always come back. When I was introduced to Ideal Protein and it’s method, I knew this diet works and it was going to be my ”last diet”.
The fact that Ideal Protein is a recommended by doctors and medically supervised also convinced me that it will work. From the beginning to the end, while on the diet, you are supervised by a certified diet coach. I came to the conclusion that it doesn’t cost me more than my daily spendings on food but the results will be worth it. My first week on Ideal Protein I lost 7 lbs. After 2 months, I lost over 20lbs. and finally I started feeling comfortable with myself. The diet helped control my cravings and I never felt hungry.
Because of Ideal Protein, I not only achieved my weight goal, but I learned how to eat better to keep the weight from coming back. This is why I recommend this diet to anyone who wants to lose weight or just those few extra pounds which are so hard to lose and always seen to come back. You will lose the pounds quickly and change your life.
